Our client wanted to launch a new range of products in Europe and was facing a difficult situation securing the project during the COVID-19 crisis. To carry out his project in these exceptional conditions, he had to manage the Quality and Logistics aspects with his supplier based in Germany and whose production center was in China.
OMEAX mission was assisting the company in its negotiation with the supplier to speed up and secure the schedule while reducing the costs, in particular through the implementation of a Quality control plan in China.
Thanks to the efforts made by OMEAX in close collaboration with the ANVI team, the commercial launch was able to be effective on time and under favorable conditions.
